We've sat and discussed various routines that we could work through to accomplish our goals at the Gym.
Stu wants to gain weight and muscle through weight lifting, so on and so forth
Myself however wants to loose weight, this gain be gained by cardio activities:
Running, Swimming, Jogging and other activities can help.
I'm going to start going to the Gym with Stu in order for us to help each other accomplish our requires goals, I also want to provide regular updates with Stu.
